  • Overview

    The Credentialing Assistant will work under the supervision of the managers in the Human Resources/Credentialing Department.  The Credentialing Assistant will work closely with CARD satellite centers, clinics, academies and departments to provide them support and assistance with licensing and credentials for all CARD contract requirements. The Credentialing Assistant will have hands-on projects including updating spreadsheets, assisting with audits and reports and other administrative tasks.  This is a full-time, hourly, non-exempt position. 


    • Implement and represent CARD policy enthusiastically
    • Represent CARD professionally and ethically to internal and external stakeholders
    • Prepare application, reports and audits based on CARD standard
    • Make recommendations on how to improve business and operations functioning across departments, centers, clinics and academies as it relates to licensing and credentials
    • Assist with center requests
    • Assist with the preparation for credential application for clinical staff
    • Maintain accurate data for all applications that are submitted to various insurance companies
    • Ongoing communication with clinical staff to obtained the needed information to process applications


    • High School Diploma required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
    • 2 + years of work experience helpful
    • Demonstrated excellent written and communication skills
    • Knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint necessary
    • Experience with Customer Service whether the “customer” is internal or external
